NCAA Football 12 Title Update #2 - Waiting on Approval From Microsoft and Sony

The EA Sports guys need to take notes from the guys at SCEA who make MLB The Show. Those guys get it. This is absolutely pathetic and inexcusable.

Does anybody know the appropriate email for EA Sports for this type of thing? I can only seem to find the Privacy Policy email.

EDIT: And by "this type of thing" I mean I'd like to ask them a few questions about the patch and/or rip them a new *******.

What time of day do patches normally drop (EST)? I'd imagine both the early morning and early afternoon would be slow times for gaming. I don't get home till dinner time tonight, so I'd be a little bummed if the patch hadn't dropped by then, but I'm holding out a glimmer of hope that it's still going to be pushed later today.

Is that possible, given the way these things normally work?

If it hasn't dropped yet, id say the chances of it dropping today are pretty slim.

Well, shucks. I was holding off on starting my serious dynasty until the patch but it's hard to keep stalling that without getting bored with the game.

The crappy thing is that I actually like the game--this whole scenario is just sucking the life out of it though.
