NHL 12 Demo Available Now, Post Your Impressions Here (360, PS3)

I don't play HUT.. but playing it in the demo is quite simply... FUN.

It's also nice to have Tim Thomas as my goalie and Tavaras on my team.

NHL 12 will get the majority of my gaming time come 9/13 and beyond.

Can't wait to play a full game with my Blues.

Depends who you ask, NHL12 will more than likely be mine unless The Show's presentation is god like this year. I have no interests in even playing NBA2k12, AI that blatantly cheats does nothing for me, even with its great presentation. Gameplay comes first.

OK, I don't want to start a war between games, but I have to say that NBA 2K's AI is really good, imo, and this is coming from a guy that has been a basketball fan since I was a little kid. You could make the same argument about the AI in just about any game, including NHL, so I think it's a moot point.

Fair enough I can respect that, I might just be terrible at basket ball games but that title just frustrates me every year. Granted this isn't the thread for it anyway.

It's all good. I feel like I don't belong in the hockey forum a lot of times, only because I'm not very good at this game, lol. We'll see how I do on the 360 demo because I have yet to score on the PS3 demo. I am seriously thinking about using Auto-Aim this year as I feel like I've left too many goals out there b/c I am aiming incorrectly; I always wind up shooting high on manual.

Really enjoyed the demo, with the puck physics and all that. But one question, when doing HUT does anyone else get a stacked team? On this team I got Stamkos,Tavares,Perry,Iginla, Zetteberg, Havlat, Raymond, Lidstrom, Tim Thomas, Jonathan Quick, and more lol.

I'm still playing the demo, and I've seen different things each time, with different outcomes.

I stink, lol......two goals in like 5 games thus far. But the fun factor hasn't waned a bit.

I'm digging it, and I'm not much of an NHL fan. I watch, but not religiously. I just might bypass Madden and get this instead. (Can't afford both)

Yeah during the demo you get to play with a stacked team.
