Well, it's not the most organized system I've seen, but typically check page 1 - post 1 of that thread and the latest gamertag will be shown. Usually it's one of these two:

CK11 or CcAaRrSsOoNn3

I believe CK11 has the latest file in his locker.

I sorry for such a newbie question that has probably been asked millions of times. I haven't had a ncaa game since 2008 and was curious how to get a hold of the rosters. I know the work involved as i have tried to do it myself before but I am currently just to busy to do it. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

Community rosters can't be used in online gameplay. You will have to use a roster where the names are only changed and none of the ratings.
