Exactly, NHL is a proven franchise year after year. Yes there's bugs like every game. But there's so many modes and options that it never gets boring and there's always something to play. It's the one franchise I'm never really disappointed in, although there's always room for improvements. I know what I'm getting when I purchase an NHL series.

Actually before nhl 07, the skating physics in madden were better than the nhl series
