Coach faces should be revamped, many just look way off and other have the face of action figures.

Now I'm going to nit pick a little. It's no big deal, but it can improve the realism of faces and I feel this is the appropriate thread to request it:

Get the color of the eyes right for key players. This is just one example of many players. In 2K11 and previous versions, Larry Bird has dark brown eyes...He's one of your cover athletes...
