for me .... all i want is double texture size for the pc ... xbox360 and ps3 will definitly cant handle this, but pc can handle this with ease ...
last year pc graphic are straight port from 360, and its blurred as hell ... i didnt like it ...
they could make something better if they want to ...

I haven't read through the thread but a huge artistic improvement for me would be shoe accuracy especially since in 2K11 the Jordan retros weren't accurate and some signature shoes (Kobe V/VI, KD II/III) were absent from the game. I made a thread about this where I gave a better description about what the 2K art team leaves much to be desired when it comes to footwear which are a huge part of basketball for the gameplay purists.

It didn't make sense as to how Kobe was on the cover of 2K10 and then in 2K11 they had him wearing a Nike team shoe instead of his signature Nike Zoom Kobe V especially since it was already on the market since 12/09 and could have been drawn up by the art team.

I completely agree with those who have mentioned layered accessories.

if not layerable accessories (such as what Stephen Jackson and Paul Pierce have in their pictures), I think we should be able to add the "rubber bracelets" over sleeves and wristbands. it could just change the position of the sleeve; maybe move it up a little, like what Carter has in his picture


and while I'm on Carter - 2 things.

1.) I think he'll be needing a new cyberface this year


2.) nevermind, I don't think this belongs in the "Artistic Improvements" department. I was going to mention that I think it's time he gets his own sig. shot.

I would LOVE to see jersey's become untucked throughout the course of the game..or at least give us the option to either have a fully or partially tucked in jersey. Bothers me to see the players have their jersey's tucked in like fratboys perfectly for the entire 48.

It is with great regret that I pull up some previous gripes:

1.) Brandon Jennings needs tattoos. I would recommend him for a new cyber face as well.

2.) Milwaukee Bucks now have a HD scoreboard, kinda similar to Portland's (link).

3.) This post refers to missing mascots. Please address, I think it is a licensing issue but I would like to hear it from the horse's mouth if so.

4.) This post refers to changing hairstyles. I understand putting the hair to the 3-D player-specific head sculpt, but like I mention, Winning Eleven (now Pro Evolution Soccer) has the ability to change the hairstyle for existing players. If Dirk shaves his head, like he seasonally does, I want to be able to see him with a shaved head in my game.

5.) This post refers to the history of NBA players with face masks. Please add this, along with Horace Grant and Amare Stoudemire goggles, as a selectable accessory.

6.) Can we get into classic jerseys that we'd like to see? I don't want to shift the dialogue of the thread, but I think any large era of uniforms should be covered, as well as quirky ones that people love and the first uniforms of any franchise (Raptors with the pinstripes and the dino graphic would fit all three of my criteria, for instance ).

Something I would like to see is different textures (materials: fabric, leather, plastic, cloth) for the different layers of the shoe
