Quick question does team builder cost this yr?

Your online pass gives you 12 slots but if you want 120 slots you have to pay.

I have two questions that I'm sure have been asked and answered a bunch...

1) Can you create throwback teams but keep the same unique entrance/celebrations? I created Miami with their 80's throwbacks and gave them their same stadium, etc but I don't get the smoke entrance or The U team celebration. Is that gone for good with TB?

2) If I use a new stadium (which I'll do if the smoke/The U are gone) does the weather of that real-life stadium come into play or does the city/state of my created team determine the weather? I don't want to use some northern stadium and wind up with snow in my Miami dynasty.

Another question or two about TB as I'm still playing around with it online and haven't had the chance to import any teams into the game...

Does turf look and behave like turf this go around?
Is the blue turf actually blue turf, or Oregon State's practice field?
Is the white helmet issue fixed? I noticed that the numbers are fixed...

I was just on Teambuilder and it just went away. I had not saved my team yet! Anybody know what the hey happened because I can't get back to it.
