Way too much time, energy and money invested on things that apparently interest the devs but are nothing than more than mindless wastes of programming. Why not build a game with input from the peole that actually play them? Hey, what a novel idea...
Its been 10 years since a company did that with NFL2K5. Since then we've been hammered with "big hits", "super dekes" and a host of other various button mashing idiocies. 10 years ago a company damn near nailed it with just a few gameplay flaws....my question is WHY? Why didnt they build off what was a near perfect sports game? Why did they abandon the one game that got so close?

EVERY GAME NEEDS COACHING CAROUSEL. I am really pumped to see this being added in NCAA Football FINALLY, because I'm sick of gettting 20 years into the future with Joe Pa STILL coaching at Penn State!

I agree 100% with Chris about player traits/personality.

I would MUCH rather have a great customization utility to personalize my own game, or share with others, than have "social network" features. Social networking is getting seriously overwhelming, I hate it. I want to play games by myself at 2:00 in the morning sometimes, and when I do, I want to customize ballparks, team logos, uniforms, and the like.

The ability to edit rosters and share them online. It would be nice if M13 allows us to edit everything like the 2K series does and share them along with draft classes.
