Not sure, but doesn't seem likely. In the blog, he said it seemed the same as last year at the selection screen. Hoping something changes from now until release, maybe there is still time.

Hope they add that, I really enjoyed mixing kits when both teams had the same shorts or socks.

Wow, the author did a great job summarizing the faults of PES2011. Hopefully 2012 doesn't take a similar route in terms of tuning for release, since he mentioned he thought the preview code for 2011 was much better than the final version. If it plays as well as he makes it sound, I'll take the leap and import the UK version this year.
