If a coach moves to another school, does he take his playbook style with him?

Also, will teams actually fall if a team like Miami goes 11-1, but their coach retires, so they hire a B prestige coach, will they start to slowly become worse under him until they make another hire?
To give you an honest answer, it will only impact the teams from the standpoint of increasing or decreasing the impact on progression based on the prestige rating. Could that play out in the way your described? possibly. And yes, a high prestige team will have less tolerance for failure and will remove lower rated coaches if they are not performing.

I don't believe there is a limitation on what level of coach can be hired. I do believe programs will look at the best coaches available with mitigating factors like Alma Mater having some impact too.

Just wondering, are there any other coach customization options? By that I mean apperal and hats. A dumb question, but I'm curious.

Since Coach Prestige has an impact on player progression why is it that as a HC we can not hire/fire OC's and DC's? If my DC is a C- and I'm just that good on defense that we still have success on that side of the ball will his prestige rating go up? Or vice versa if I am bad on defense but my DC is good like an A- will his rating go down? Also is it actually confirmed that we can not hire/fire OC/DC's?

there is a limited amount of customization... shirt/sweater/suit etc.. and headgear/glasses type stuff. It's not that robust, but there are some.

I noticed in the vid that the stats goals are normal for 15 min qrts but kinda outrageous for 5 min qrts. If we change the qrt lengh will the goals be affect. For instance one goal for oregon was 4000 passing yards. If this was for 15 min qrters than a more reasonable number for 5 min qrts would be 2000 (techniquely 1333.33 yrds but that seems a bit low)
