This is going to be great, but after thinking about it, I have one concern. Do coaches get ratings, and actually matter? Either way, I'm so amped for this right now.

I was wondering the same thing, but surely if we can be an OC/DC, we can hire them.

My guess will be that the OC/DC's will be part of the Coaching Carousel.

THANK YOU BASEDGOD! lol...forreal though, thank you EA for the effort. It looks like they learned from NBA 2k's success. All it takes is the extra effort and you will see the benefit. This is a first day buy.
