THIS. I always found it funny, even in NCAA, when a white guy named Reggie came along. Not that there isn't one out there, but it's highly unlikely.

The franchise hub screen is a little boring with just the tabs and nothing else. I wish it was like Head Coach 09, it was really engaging and aesthetically pleasing.
