MLB 11 The Show Rosters - Operation Sports Full Minors (Opening Day Set)

why can't I start a franchise with this roster set? Am I doing something wrong? Says theres no saved data or the data was saved by someone else.

I'm at work..I'll repost a link to the v.3 set. It's just some minor fixes on some MLB players....handedness...no ratings adjustments.
