Yes, I meant pre-patch. Does screw it up all the time? I think this is a big enough issue to be a sticky if it is certain to happen. I will notget the patch either as I am 40 or so games in.

Do the trade logic changes work for RTTS!?! Im in my dodgers RTTS granted we are 7 games behind but its only july and they are trading good players for nothing. Matt Kemp,Quo,Barajas, Bills, Kuroda, Ted Lilly, all these guys were Traded for basically no name guys. Is this rite?

so long as you're connected to the internet, you can d/l the patch. And it will take effect in your current franchise/season/RTTS

you don't need to be signed into the PSN to get the patch. Just need to be connected to the internet.

Just have your system internet-ready - if you need to test it, try opening the PS3's web browser - it works too, even though the PSN is offline. If you can get a response from that (the PSN home page if you haven't set a different one), then you should be able to just start up the game and be prompted for the patch.

The patches are not connected to PSN. They are on a download server.

Like bcruise said... if the PS3 is connected to the internet... then the game will call for the patch when loaded up.
