I did play some minor league ball and worked at Chase Field for a summer...after every third inning, raking is done and spot chalking around the plate is done. The only time we ever had the lines redone was when some play cause the line to disappear. This only happened about once every 2-3 series.

More directly to the thread though...I would also like to know what "1.0rf" means...

Thanks for the list. I can't really explain it, but the game just seems to play a lot smoother since the 1.16 patch.

I'd argue the most important gameplay fix was the wind influence. Before when the wind was blowing in, it was going to be a 1-0, 2-1 type game. When the wind was blowing out it was 10-8. It was like the wind was influencing not only what happened when the ball was in the air, but how effective pitchers were and how hard balls were hit. Immediately after the patch, I got bombed for 10 runs with the wind blowing in and threw a gem with the wind blowing out. This wasn't happening before.
