i'm seeing shots up the middle snagged by pitchers a little more i think they made pitchers defense better all the way around. i'm happy allot of gameplay issues addressed. great job SCEA and of course Russel thanks for paying attention to what we say as well as you're own professionalism toward making a great game even better!!!

Have you tried the following? It seems to be working for others so far...

Don't load anything beforehand; I tried this fix as soon as I got the error in my new RTTS & it wouldn't let me create a new roster file ("There is no file present" or something similar) 2) Once you've saved that roster in a new file, load whatever roster you want to use. 3) Save the roster you just loaded over the one you just created. Now the roster you want is stored in a file created by you, so it's not going to get jammed up & it'll let you create RTTS/Franchise files with those rosters.

Yea I saw that in the other thread, thank you. However, that is a workaround for creating a franchise and I already have one going. I haven't downloaded the patch yet because I didn't want to take a chance on losing that franchise and I was hoping to get some information on what was causing the problem. Whether it is patch related, or due to the PSN being down, etc. Any news whatsoever.

I suppose it's taking a chance, but my existing franchise save worked fine here...I was using an old SCEA roster though (probably the one that was available on release day back in March).

Would anyone be willing to expand on the Analog Hitting being made "Easier"?

I just had a 23 inning 1-1 game end in a walkoff HR by the other team. I love the fact that game went to extras, but I can tell you, I am not seeing the Analog Hitting as being made any easier yet.

PCI was enlarged?
Contact was increased?
Combo platter of both plus Timing?
