If you don't have a gamestop nearby, use the internet. Shipping can't be more than $7 on a video game so just quit being a little girl and suck it up.

Also, these jerseys are an extra commodity. They don't need to put them in the game, but they do because the players would really like them. If you don't buy from gamestop, you'll still get normal jerseys, just not a few extra ones.
Missing the point.

It's not about whether or not you personally like gamestop or someone "being a little girl." Also not about how convenient it is to preorder from gamestop, it's more about principle. They're taking things that used to be available to a ton of people (anyone with internet access could get last year's PC unis) and now only making it available to people willing to do business with some outside company they made a deal with.

It was bad enough when they made you download a demo and send messages to people on xbox live helping promote their game, now it's reached the point where they're actively funneling business to gamestop. This whole microtransaction mentality is annoying and does not benefit the consumer at all. Also gets increasingly obnoxious every year. Anything to earn a few extra dollars.

Probably because it's not clear what enhanced tackling engine means, but it's very clear what order from gamestop or else means.

These people are all about "marketing" they are not about caring for what consumers ask for. Please tell me that 95% of you don't believe this new tackling engine garbage? Unless there is a new engine altogether, they can't apply this to the already stale engine they've had for years.

They're talking about more unis and team entrances, which is fine, but we're screaming for a new and improved A.I. system, a better overall gaming engine, and dumb down the cheating computer A.I. AND BRING BACK THE OLD PS3 OFF-SEASON WORKOUT DRILLS!!

Who cares about this foolishness they are marketing right now?

is this defense specific or does every player has this ability for offense to tackle on turnovers

I like the idea of a new talking engine but what about DYNASTY? I often get online to play ranked games and I don't play really play RTG mode. I hope that DYNASTY mode will be like old school PS2 or just add spring game to it.

no you're clearly missing the point. EA puts out a release day and tells stores not to sell early. Well what do many stores do? They break that and sell early. Gamestop is a store that doesn't sell early. They are also the largest chain on video games around. So those 2 factors make them a perfect partner for EA to offer extra incentives to in order to get people to buy the game from them and avoid having the game sold early. Other companies have done this as well. THQ gave customers who preordered from Gamestop extra fighters in their UFC game.

Pretty much you want everything handed to you. You even complain about having to play the demo to get them but that made more people want to play the demo just to get those uniforms.

As others have said, there are still alternate uniforms in the game. The only thing not in are last years pro combat unis. You're making a bigger deal out of this than it is.

You seem to have the mentality that everything has to benefit the consumer. Well it benefits the company when they regulate that their game is not sold before street date. They aren't taking anything away from you. They could have just not included pro combat unis at all. They aren't obligated to add them just because they had them in a previous version. Thats why its a bonus.

Cheesy thing about the Pro Combats, but I never was really big on them anyway. Let's just hope this new tackling engine allows for GANG TACKLES. One of the few redeeming qualities from EA's Arena game.
