What happens if you do this, and the "stutter" during pitches still persists? Just asking because I did it and it still "stutters."

Try redoing it again, or also doing option 3 as well to restore file system.

What the hell! I did this and now none of my batter walk-up and in game music works anymore!

It was mentioned to back them up to a USB or external HDD in the OP.
