MLB 11 The Show Rosters - Operation Sports Full Minors (Opening Day Set)

Great work. I am however using the dl list from mlb.com. These sets are awsome. Great work from Knight and company.

I have simmed through March 29th and applied the players to the DL the day that they went on it.

Can't wait to start my franchise.

what's quicker? using the 25 man version and adding back players to 40 man and dl'ing injured guys in single A or using the roster as is and correcting lineups after they are messed with by the cpu and dl'ing guys from single A?

I loaded the rosters, started a franchise, simmed to the day before last day of ST and set all the 25 man MLB rosters plus DL assignments. This took about 3 hours. Then changed the lineups / rotations. This took about an hour.

To do it you need to have manual injuries set under whatever profile association you have associated to the other 29 teams (plus yours) - just make sure you change to auto (for both your personal profile and the one you have applied to the other teams!)

chd, why did you have to set all 40 man rosters with this set? if you loaded rosters and started franchise i thought all you'd have to do is manually injure guys who started season on DL and re-set lineups. right?

Apologies, the 40 men are accurate, but you need to cut the MLB rosters down to 25 men before advancing to the regular season, otherwise the CPU goes nuts.

As opposed to doing it in the roster section, I just saved a franchise file (like I did last year) where everything is perfect on day 1 of the season.

It's a shame we can't share these.

Ok, quick question. When you control all 30 teams how do you set it up so you don't have to worry about managing their rehab, facilities and such but still do so with your team?

Edit: I think I figured that out, 2 separate profiles.

My next question is about Manual Injuries, how do you do that? I remember reading it but have forgotten how to exactly.
