Well, I think it's pretty safe to say that Madden is rolling down hill and is now getting a bit out of control. It's one thing to lose one programmer or something to try and better himself but to lose multiple highly competent team members is very scary for the series. There is obviously something going on internally that made them say time to jump ship now and take a different opportunity. You just don't leave a great position that you enjoy unless, well you voice keeps falling on def ears.

All you business men out there know what I am saying. We all want to have our work be seen and our voices heard. If you are constantly being shut down on your creative ideas then you start to look for better opportunities. It's pretty obvious this is what these guys did. I commend them and wish them well!

I know what his point is but he has more hands on information than we do at this point...which is why I said "enlighten us"
