Thanks for helping! When I first started, I was thinking this shouldn't be too hard to pump out one team. Well, I started and it was taking me about a half an hour per player, and I wasn't even doing faces (not including research time beforehand). Without your help, I would probably still be working on them, and everyone would be hating me. So thank you! Also, Knight, thanks for letting me take the Twins this year. It was a blast and I can't believe that you used to do this by yourself or with a few people helping. It is truly an amazing project, that from the looks of the downloads already, might possibly be a holiday for the entire world, no matter religion or beliefs.

Great job on my Royals. The prospects are all pretty much in line with how I would have them. I can't wait to start up my Franchise and put Moustakas in on opening day.

I just glanced at a few teams and I wanted to point out is that OF Jarrett Parker (Giants) has F potential. I know that potentials are subjective, but Parker has a ton of potential. I have him as a B.

He was the 74th overall pick in the 2010 draft. He probably would have been a late first round pick or a high supplemental round pick if he had returned to Virginia for his senior season. I know that draft position doesn't mean anything, but based on his skill set, that would be perfectly fitting.

It would be great to see him get a makeover. He's a plus defender, has plus speed, an above average arm (almost plus) and above average power. His power could really take off. He has a few holes in his swing, but they're minor. He has a really good approach to hitting and the holes in his swing could easily be corrected. He could easily be a faster version of Hunter Pence with more range, better instincts and the ability to track balls better.
Yea, I agree. I'm surprised that I made him an F. But I know all about him. It's really tough to justify him being a B for this set. I needed to be fair in my assignment of potentials for the rest of the set and honestly, the Giants system is ranked poorly right now. You probably know as well as I do that the strength of the system is sitting in the low minors, but that does nothing towards the rankings they're given by most experts.

Parker probably has more tools then Brown does too. I was lucky to get in as many B's as I did. I think they're were 6 or 7. And with Peguero, Brown and Neal all getting B ratings as outfielders, I just couldn't do anymore and not feel like I was being a homer. I also need to include D's and F's, for some guys, I just had to bite the bullet.

The best thing about the rosters this year is that you can import individual players. If I end up helping out with the player packs, I'll make a better Jarrett Parker to include. If not, be sure to make a request to Knight if and when he starts taking suggestions.

awesome job and thank you soooo much!!!! I was just wondering if I missed Junichi Tazawa on the Red Sox roster? I saw his name on the list of players to start the season with an injury but I couldn't find him in the new roster. Sorry if this had already been asked (already 13 pages of posts). Thanks!

Re: MLB 11 The Show - Operation Sports Full Minors 2011 (Spring Training Version)

Knight,

I missed this earlier. Brandon Medders is no longer in the Giants organization. I believe he's a free agent.

Here's an update of possible corrections to be made.

Brandon Medders RP-Free Agent
Carlo Flores SP-Fake Player
Felipe Alvarez RP-Fake Player

Possible Replacements

Marc Kroon RP-if he accepts his assignment to AAA
Charlie Culberson 2B
Chris Dominguez 3B
Craig Whitaker RP
Shane Loux RP
Brian Lawrence SP
Sharlon Schoop 2B/SS/3B
Hector Sanchez C
Nick Liles LF/2B

Also, Travis Ishikawa appears to be on his way out. He was designated for assignment and is out of options. If he is not claimed within 10 days, he'll either become a free agent or report to AAA.

I'll keep the updates coming as the minor league rosters start to take shape. And I'm on board if you need any help with player packs or anything. Just let me know. Thanks.

Knight, Ridin, and everyone else who worked on the rosters...a huge thank you. I can't wait to get off work tonight to start playing.

A quick question for knight and ridin...i'd like to make a donation to a charity of your choice as a thank you for all your work. Please let me know via PM which organization you would like. Thanks again.

Karle,

Tigers farm system looks great, potential of players looks great, attributes look great. I only wish there was another genuine A player in their farm system, I think by the end of the year Fields, A. Garcia, or Castleannos may grab that "bump." Let's hope.
