You're right, I would rather have the former. And I get the point about at least filling the field with REAL drivers, but how about REAL Sprint cup competitors? I'm not saying this is a game killer by any means, but it's just highly unrealistic and leaves horrible tastes of EA in my mouth lol.

My thing is Nascar can fill a 43 car field weekly and it was stated that nationwide and trucks series would not be included. My feeling is take the 43 guys that race the Cup Series every week and put them in first. Then add a few more drivers from the Nationwide or Truck Series.

I read that Ryan Truex is even in the game. However him and Robbie Gordon both drive #7, therefore on Ryan Truex car there will be the letter "a" after the number 7. Not a big fan of that.
