I have to say, this is the first video where the improved lighting really stands out to me. The player models also have me salivating a bit. Good stuff.

The problem, for me, with a video is how 'un-baseball' it feels to watch. To sort of piggyback off of Blzer for a sec...the editing is atrocious. From the sound, all the way to the choice of fast forwarding at-bats in order to get to the action play...2 or 3 unedited innings, versus 9 innings spliced together, would be a lot more fluid and pleasing, allowing this games strengths to shine. After all, The Show is a series ripe with small nuances and the undeniable 'baseball feel.' Button mashing through animations and splicing/shortening at-bats doesn't do the greatest series I have ever played any justice whatsoever.

Rant aside...I LOVE the missed play in the outfield! Been waiting on that (a miss without a dive involved) for YEARS!!!

as far as how the graphics look in the video, although it looks nice Gamestop's site doesn't do video games justice with their video code...I've seen other video on their site and other games have that same look....either it is low rez or the colors look bland.

from videos from other sites, the games looks amazing..so looking forward to tomorrow's demo.

I still haven't been able to watch the whole video since I keep getting quality problems or buffering


At about the time where the CF misses that ball the quality goes down to like 240p then about 30 seconds later to 480p I believe...then buffers :/ this is my 4th time starting over though I'm giving it some more time now

The commentary...AWFUL...It sounds as if its only one broadcaster in the booth where is the conversations between them..Guess its the same ol' play by play commentary
