Nearly every game is awful online. I don't understand why people keep paying for it/playing because all they do is complain about spammers, cheaters, quitters and the such. The only ones that aren't awful are the ones where you work together. Even then in something like Rock Band you have go through a bunch of people to find someone that won't pick those awful songs people keep picking.

Though that body spammer fellow looks like he would've walked into multiple headkicks had the other guy thrown them.

There's been another $10 price drop btw,at least in Canada. $30 now.

I think it's $29.99 here as well. I'm thinking of trading in Madden 11 (hooked on Backbreaker now) and getting this.

This game is definitely worth the $29.99, I am still playing the game and have had it since November. If you are looking for sim players just try to find some on here.

I mostly play offline, so that has been holding me back from buying as I wasn't sure if I'd get my money's worth.

How is fighter share on the PS3? Will I find just as many created fighters on that system compared to the 360?

how the hell are those "button-spammers" able to get away with it????

i have to agree, i have a hard time online, i can only win 1-2 out of every 5 fights or so

i have gotten better recently, but still, with all of the countless offline hours i've put in learning every nuance of the game, i'd think i'd be a little better

i dont know, but i can 'button-mash' with the best of them

I finally tried online the other day and went 0-6 using TPC while my opponents of course were button mashing. I guess to rack up some wins online, you have to button mash like the rest of them.

BTW, this weekend there is 2x XP for online for those that still have this. I might mess around with this online over the weekend hopefully to get myself a win. LOL! The problem I also have online and have noticed is that I can knock the senses out of someone and the moment I go to knock them out when they are in a daze they automatically take me down. That to me just feels so unrealistic by this engine which I can see happening from time to time, but not all the time. LOL!

If you can get some very well created guys off of Fighter Share, they look even better than some of the generic guys that are created for your career mode by the CPU engine.

not to brag...i've got some pretty decent 'career-caf's' you are more than welcome to download
Brock, Cain, and about to upload BigFoot
its my 4th Brock, so im pretty confident he's fairly authentic and rated well (strong & powerful, but his chin & submission defense are his weaknesses
