The scoring really needs work. A round I should have won anyway wasn't given to me even though I stunned the guy.

Does hurting your opponent have any weight in the scoring?

Someone mentioned this earlier, but I don't think you can get a draw online. I thought I did early on, but I think it might have been from an exhibition fight. There have been a handful of cases where I clearly won 2 rounds, but had one 10-8 against me, and when it went to decision, instead of a draw, the judges gave that first round that I CLEARLY won to the other guy to prevent a draw.

Can anyone else support this?

I can... I'm not sure why vast keeps saying he's gotten multiple draws online. I'm not sure what his motivation is, except that he's just mistaken.

If anyone wants to get online and test out the draw/no draw theory and settle it once and for all I'm around (despite the fact that I'm 99% sure the FNC devs confirmed no draws online in a chat yesterday, I'm still willing to test it).

I also hope the cpu chills out a touch. I wouldn't be getting these punch totals in the demo if the cpu wasn't forcing it. Ali moving in on me constantly and pretty much forcing me to throw punches. There doesn't seem to be any in and out, or at least any in and out without commiting to actually throwing punches by the cpu. My punch total are always lower than the cpu, but higher than they would be normally because of their pressure.

I do think that the cpu gets a power boost. I mean how many times have I dropped my opponent vs them dropping me? probably 10-3 and my %;s and power shots etc. are all close to the same and greater.

I hope career doesn't do that. In boxing games of past to win in the later stages of your career you had to be 3X as good to win instead of just winning. I want a left hook that puts people in a bodybag, no one that I have to land as many as their jabs just to squeak out a decision where I was about to fold.

I like this far more than FNR4 and I loved that game. I'm more of a casual fan though. The thing I can't stand the most isn't footwork, punch damage, presentation, etc... it's online cheese that I hate and that looks like it might be out for FNC which makes me very happy.

The only problem I have now is I'll probably have to wait a while to get it with MLB the Show coming out. It probably won't be till June or July when I actually am able buy it.
Lol, that's how it's going to be for me too. I can't balance two sports titles at once... especially when it comes to The Show.

With the new tuner update ability I think we are going to see thing tweaked pretty often in the first month or more for the game. Brizzo and company already confirmed to me through e-mail they are working on the first tuner update. So things should feel different on release day than the demo does.

Has anyone tested this? I mean have each person. Not to anything all 3 rounds online. Logically that should produce a tie right?
