I'm also irked at the still nonexistent inside game. Real boxing, especially in heavier classes, consists of a whole lot of shoving, pushing, wrestling, grabbing, and in-fighting. At least throwing punches from the clinch would be nice

ugh, I still dont get the scoring. I just dominated a guy online in every aspect of the game except punches thrown (he threw like 320, I threw about 200... even still, I only connected on 10 less with my 65% hit rate to his 40%).

I'm talking 14 counters (of 16) to 0 (of 3), 40 power shots connected to 0 (he didn't throw any power all game), 45 body shots to about 20, etc. And I didn't win a single round

ridiculous

for the record, I'm only running into these major scoring issues in matches where I get knocked down and the fight should have ended in a draw. I went down in round one and dominated the next two rounds but they were awarded to my opponent.

I know someone already said they got a draw online, and I hate to call them a liar, but I'm pretty sure the devs even confirmed no online draws in an EA chat tonight. And that pisses me off, it completely screws up the scoring if we can't draw.

Now, in 12 rounds it hopefully wont be as big of an issue, but in the demo its resulted in a couple of losses I definitely shouldn't have had

I really think it's only coming down to punches thrown, which is ridiculous.

I've had the same situations happen and the guy that's thrown more punches always seems to get the decision, assuming one guy doesn't score any knockdowns.

I just checked out the roster again. Just now noticing, no Clottey...Damn.
I was watching a couple of pacq fights on youtube. I would've loved to recreated the pacq vs clottey fight.

Something I noticed last night is the body stamina is set so that if you weave alot in the first , it get harder and slower in the second and the third you can't do it at all.

I think you're right. My last fight against Ali, my connection rate was better, I landed more power shots, more counters and Ali had sustained twice as much damage as I had and I never won a round.
The overrating of Ali is alive and well!
