I was misled into believing this meant the fielding broadcast camera (meaning the one that you see when a ball is put in play). They mean it as the behind-the-pitcher camera. So I can imagine that in Minnesota, for instance, it will be directly in center field and slightly more overhead.

It still looks as though the pitcher releases the ball too early. The delivery is fine, it's just that the ball comes out before the arm is moving all the way forward. I was hoping they would fix this. Does SCEA not see the same things we do?

I don't like saying this, but I think sometimes there are so many people on here who say that things look fine (or beyond exceptional, for that matter) that they might not feel a need to improve on it. Normally SCEA improves on those things despite what people say about them like player models, which is a good thing... they rarely settle if they don't have to.

Hopefully the ball's release will be one of those things as well, but I have a feeling that this will be harder to fix than you think. The ball is just another programmed calculation, so I don't think it can necessarily "just come out anywhere." It has an apex and a goal to reach, and if they change it up per pitcher it might throw everything out of whack.

I checked out the vid of Lincecum again, and it is not really that noticeable in normal time. Replays are a little hampered by it, that's about it. It still does kind of take away from the that extra ooompf the pitcher gives.

how many names does Russell have? On the screen it says David Bull, they call him Ramone, and then call him Russell? Are these all aliases? Is his real name Peter Parker or something?

Wasn't David Bull the interviewer?

It was weird how it said "KillZone 3" during this portion of the show though.

No, it was Homer Somethingorother. You could see they flubbed their way through the thing. I don't know Russell, and expressions obviously vary, but it seems he was either bemused or annoyed by the whole thing...lol.

His name is Ramone Russell. David Bull was the interviewer.
