Yeah this game is certainly no threat to OOTP. I got in the beta. All of the card training and scratch off tickets and stuff really diminish what I hoped would be an authentic experience.

Pretty disappointed in the direction SEGA decided to take with this game. I think it has potential to be a big success, but not in the current style.

Got in, I enjoy it. It's deep enough it isn't too silly or random to not be fun. Wrote a blog review in my blog.

Will not be playing at home, but at work, it'll be time-killer #1B (#1A is blog surfing).

Threat to OOTP?
Not even close.
Looks like a fun diversion game, but if you're serious about your baseball, I don't see this as being it.
I'll play a little more though.
