Madden NFL 11 Patch 1.05 Available, Blog Coming "Soon" (Download is Hit or Miss, ATM)

Hope it's a gameplanning fix. Would make sense as the last patch screwed it all up. Thats probably all it is and EA is trying to slip it past us.

It isn't that strange if it doesn't address anything we would care about. It's probably something to do with online servers, or a conflict with one of the console company's online stuff. I doubt it's anything gameplay related... they moved on to M12 months ago.

I have a ps3 without the online pass, do I need that to get patch updates?

I wish I knew what Ian's definition of 'way better' is. Hopefully it means 'makes offline franchise worth playing'. In all seriousness though, this could be cool.

Kudos to Ian and his team, I totally thought Madden 11 was a done deal. I really hope gameplanning is fixed. Glad to see they are still supporting this product as I think the end of the regular season is reasonable for cutting off patches and whatnot.

For those wondering, tu5 defense changes consist of taking a ton of NCAA's tuning + coverage updates + defensive locomotion tuning + more.
