Approximately 450+ transactions, rating adjustments and depth chart moves are updated in this Week 13 update. Nineteen Team Overall ratings updated this week. The Bears are the biggest winners with a 3 point boost to 85 Overall while the Bengals suffer the biggest drop to 75 Overall.
