So true 24th. I hope 2k doesn't stray too far from their release day gameplay with this patch...

I hope all the fast break glitches were fixed specially the one where you're in transition with a teammate (2 on 1 situations) & suddenly your teammates (big men, high fliers, doesn't matter) always seem to stop running with u & just stop at the perimeter as if they waiting to jack up a 3

I also think it's one of the few AI shortcuts in the game. It's meant to prevent "cheesing". But in this case, "cheesing" is actually what happens every night in the NBA. It's a speed game up high, a battle down low (as much as they wish that went away).

He makes a very good point in that a human brain will always outmart the AI CPU. After all humans make the AI CPU! So I feel the bumping and cut-off dribble is needed in order for the AI CPU to 'keep up' with the human and to prevent the glitch I've mentioned in this thread.

^ This. Honestly, most of my game play issues have been addressed in roster updates and the patch looks as if it will tie everything together quite nicely.

Here's hoping they did something with fast break logic. It's like everyone is looking to spot up or they're transitioning too quickly into getting set up to run a play before fully exploiting a fast break opportunity.

Yeah I hope this is in there. It is bad enough the CPU can catch you from behind we don't need dumb teammates messing up the fast breaks

Well, Garry Kasparov may disagree. Unless the rumors are true.

I think they could step to the side, shadow and pass to the help. In fact, if I remember correctly, they did last year.
