If it helps, the press release I got said in stores on the 17th as well, but generally speaking, that usually just means it's everywhere by the 17th. Games mostly come out on Tuesday (sans Nintendo Sunday shenanigans) so it should be available still.

If you guys get the game, hit me up on XBL for some games.

Just went by Gamestop in little Rock, AR today and they had it so I guess the 17th on Jams website is everywhere or something!
