I'll try...
When your player is in the corner(attack)hold turbo and move the shot level in opposite direction of player's movement...
Ps I don't know if is the same fake pass that we spoke yesterday...
Sorry for my english.....
Don't worry man...I speak 2 languages myself. Good English and Bad English. I understood what you meant .

I don't think that is how I been doing it.

I think been pressing L2 and shot stick up (or towards the rim). But I think it has to do with which direction I'm pressing the left stick. I need more testing. It might just be random too.

Re: NBA 2K11 Isomotion/Shot Stick Help (360)

ive noticed alot of sliding in the game now, as soon as i learned to do the moves at the right time and with the right people who are slighty quicker than the defender they slide and stop me from at least getting space for a jumpshot...am i pushing the stick to hard or something because im not trying to attack the basket all the time i like taking jumpshots.

How often/when should one use the "sig gather" (Y button on 360) button?

Should I use sig gather followed by shot stick (for a jump shot) only when the shot clock is running down and I need to get off a shot? Or should I do it before most of my shots...or what?

Sorry, I'm sure this is obvious to the rest of you, but this game has so many options that it actually slows me down. It's like going to Taco Bell and staring at 100 items looking ******** trying to decide. In real life I go to In-n-Out because they only have 1 thing.

use everything in moderation. too much of anything is bad and can be figured out especially if your playing someone else.

depending on the player, i just do it when i need space. dont always pull up for the shot after the gather either. pump fake sometimes to get the defender in the air then pull up for the shot. u keep them off balance and can possibly get a foul.
