You gotta really shake the defender to get to the basket in this game, and know where you are trying to go. Usually I can hit the defender with a size up left or right, then launch out in either direction; however, you gotta be ready with a crossover to change direction because the defender will jump out extra hard to not get beat, then you have the whole lane. At the same time, big men come out to help, and 2k11 isn't calling touch fouls when going to the basket so you gotta be ready for the kick out and get that assist game goin. I play on Hall of fame, so even when the big man comes out to help, the whole defense will rotate and try to anticipate my kickout pass, so you gotta be on your steve nash game, and find the open man w/o turning the ball over. I love this game!

I can't believe what I just did. I paused the game--just to come to the forums and post that I just broke Tyreke Evans ankles. LOL

I have never saw that animation. I'm playing as the Thunder and I did a great crossover. No Isomotion must a plain quick change of direction. When I broke hard one way he went for it, but when I brought it back he just fell over. LMAO...I thought it was something like he ran into another player but I watched the replay and he indeed broke Evans off. LOL

2K--I love you!!

How do you do signature lay ups? Like Crawford's and Rondo. I've been trying for 2 years.. lol..

I don't know if it was in error, but I'll be damn if he didn't break his ankles. I'm trying to get the video onto the website but for some reason it doesn't load. Am I doing it wrong? It says "Upload to 2Ksports.com" and I hit a for yes.

has anyone else broke someones ankles off the dribble?

For those that are wanting a list of the different post moves you can pause the game and go under advanced controls and it will give you a full write up on all of the post moves and how to do them.

Rondo's layup will be used with the "have the LS going to north/south and pull the shot stick on the opposite direction" move.

You cannot be going directly to the rim though, so if you start at the left elbow and drive straight down towards the block and pull back on the shot stick you should get his ball fake/spin lay up.

Not sure on Crawford's though, used him a lot on the Knicks in 2K9 but his sig layup always seemed random when I pulled it off.
