oh and one last question concerning blocks:
is lebron's chasedown block in the game? and are the get-outta-here blocks more frequent when playing with dwight howard or josh smith, or is it strictly situation appropriate and everyone does it evenly?

I can't answer this fully yet, but I haven't seen any guys that aren't big shot blockers firing balls out of bounds or anything like that. I have played quite a few games and haven't seen a ton of monster swats, so when they happen it's that much cooler. So far, the coolest block I've seen is from Shawn Kemp, and he actually caught/palmed the ball instead of swatting it. It was sweet.

Do players who have no business shooting 3s still shoot them when left alone? i.e. Dwight Howard, Andrew Bogut etc...I think Howard shot about 150 3s a season in my association last time, and seemed to jack up 1 or 2 every game i played against them

I've probably played 30 or so games and have yet to see anything like that. I've been nothing but impressed with the CPU AI so far, and I haven't touched the sliders.
