There's no way in hell he's smarter than Rose coming out of school. Wall had tons of idiotic turnovers and was much better in transition than he ever looked in a half court set in college.

Wade is overated. No way he should be that much higher than Durant. Durant is the 2nd best player in the league by a mile.

He turns it over a lot, makes a lot of poor decisions, is better than Rose defensively, but still is hardly a lock down guy despite the fact that he should be given his athleticism. I just don't get the hype around him.
Yes that is true Rose has a more consistent mid-range shot and I should have clarified that I don't think that Wall is even close to being BETTER than Rose at this point. But I (somewhat biased) think Wall has greater potential than Rose. Wall has incredible speed and athleticism - as does Rose - but what sets him apart is Wall's potential on defense, as a ball distributor, and as a three-point threat. I think Wall's long range stroke is better than Rose's was (and maybe still is) and that is what could set him apart in the future.

I know it's cliche, but Wall just has that "it" factor when I watch him play. He finds a way to win and is incredibly smart and mature for his age and a great leader. His biggest area for improvement will be his jumpshot and limiting turnovers. Once he can get those under control, the sky is the limit.

Wall shouldn't be higher than Curry or Jennings. Point blank. The kid hasn't played a real game.

Let the record show that I do not like 7 footers that play like they're 6'6". HOFer sure. He put up excellent numbers.
Maybe i'm missing something here

What NBA player doesn't use their go to move?

And if you don't like 7 footers who play like they are 6'6 then obviously you haven't paid attention the future of the NBA buddy

GM's look for 7 footers who can strecth the floor.....where the hell have you been lately

The days of a 7'0 going Wilt Chamberlin have long gone.....you don't have very many back to basket big men anymore not sure what year your living in right now.

Also durability is a sign of toughness if it wasn't Brett Favre wouldn't be who is he and Johnny Unitas wouldn't have been who he was.....i'm done debating it

You guys are over-valuing Overall Ratings way too much. Rarely have they EVER REALLY mattered recently in 2k games, and I'd be surprised if that changed.

Concerning Kevin Durant: Here are the players that are rated higher than him: LeBron, Wade, Kobe, Melo, CP3, and Deron. And since the overalls differ between positions, you can only compare him to LeBron & Melo. It's arguable at this point whether Durant's or Melo's skills translate to video game skills better, so you can really go either way. And they're only a couple points apart.

Honestly, none of you guys know the formula that contributes to overall ratings, and you're trying to do better? Explain to me how that works? Until anyone knows how the Overall Ratings are determined, this isn't really a conversation.

Rose shot 49 percent from the field (really good) but only 27 from 3s. Now you said he makes from 16-23 more often than not? That would be more than 50 percent. Really? I know he's improved his jumper but his range goes no farther than 18-20 at the most. He's nice taking guys off the dribble, but if he hit from that range more often than not, he'd be more unstoppable than LeBron or Durant. And I do watch Bulls games, along with many other teams.
