Gasol should be with the elite now, he's getting respect, but still deserves more. He was the most consistent player with the Lakers, and I will say this, when Kobe was out, the Lakers were still winning big games...when Gasol is out they turn to an average team.
Isn't he rated the #2 PF in the game? I'd say that's elite...

Yeah, but he's proven that he's the best big man in basketball. He shouldn't be rated number 2 to anybody, not even Duncan right now. Duncan is still great, but right now he is not better than Pau Gasol.

So much ignorance right here in one little paragraph.

When exactly did Lin destroy Wall?

Wall: 21 points, 10 assists, 8 rebounds.

Lin: 13 points, 4 assists, 4 rebounds.

Yeah man, Lin definitely destroyed him.

Rose an 89? What exactly is he good at besides getting to the rim, making tough layups, and jumping out of the gym? His outside shot is nowhere to be found and his defense is suspect at best.

Again, Noah higher? Rebound, defend, hustle. What else is there for him?

Duncan still in the 90's, I thought Pau would of passed him up this year. but a 89 isn't bad for Pau either.

I'm a little surprised that Perkins is only a 72....but compared to the other centers, it's about average

Re: NBA 2K11: Starting Five Roster Ratings

I've only read the first few pages but, you all do know that the ratings are posistion specific right? Meaning a Chris Paul's point guard rating(95) would be lower if you switched him to a scoring guard... And also, just because a player can shoot, or play defense. Shouldn't give him a high overall rating. There is alot more attributes to take in affect. Some of wich we probably don't know of at the time.

Are the playoffs the only games of the season? No.
Did the Spurs and the Lakers even play against each other in the playoffs? No.
Did the Lakers only play the Spurs this year? No.
But you also neglected to mention that Gasol played 7 more minutes per game than Duncan did in the season series.
Duncan vs LAL this season 17.8 ppg, 12.8 rpg, 3.8 apg, 2.8 bpg, 1.2 spg in 37.0 mpg
You were saying?
