Every year it's the same criticisms: "My favorite players should be a couple points higher, but other than that it looks good".

In actuality, I agree wholeheartedly. I don't worry about ratings. I always enjoy finding players with low ratings that just seem to ball for me.
Gerald Green in 2k8 or 2k9, w/e year he was on the Mavs was a monster. He was like a 65-70 overall Kobe Bryant.

Is Tim Duncan really still a 90? And Tony Parker a 78?

Why ? His shooting can still be up and thats why he is good in the demo.
His athleticism and stamina should be lacking, speed and quickness too. So thats why his rating is 'only' 80. Which doesn't seem that bad for an old player btw.

Hmmmm... is that really the lineup the Kings are gonna go with this year?

IMO ...

PG - Reke
SG - Cisco/Casspi
SF - Donte Green
PF - Carl Landry
C - Dalembert/Cousins

I'd probs agree with Kings ratings though!

These ratings favor guards more than anything. I mean John Wall 81 and Dirk an 83! I wonder what Dirk's ratings would be if he was a guard.
