It's not about everyone being LeBron. I want to be able to bring the ball up the court with anyone, pass it immediately to Mayo, Gay or Z-bo then make the call for a special iso or whatever while I'm controlling Mayo/Gay/Z-Bo.

Hopefully we can do that instead of having to pass to the PG first, run to a special blue circle then pass to Mayo, Gay or Z-bo.

more than likely, like I said before the user is controlling what he wants to call. He looks like he is just choosing to run the offense starting with the rock in Conley/PG hand

Yes, you can initiate the offense with someone other than the PG. If you looked at Czar's videos the Heat had plays where Lebron and Wade both initiated the offense. I don't know if every team is like that, but it's probably a couple of people on a team that can do that.

That should not happen even if LA pass rating was zero. He is making the right play. And also Oden is not that far from him to make it seem like it was that hard of a pass.
