And where exactly did you hear this because last I read there was no info what so ever about the demo.

while i can acknowledge most people prefer the 2k games Ive. always through the years had more fun playing EA's games not because they are super realistic, but because i just plain have more fun on those games.
i agree totally. i hope they give us an indept ingame tutorial and not some nonsense you gotta download.

Fix what? Incompetence of some?

I'm soooo afraid devs will listen to stupid complaints and dumb down the game. OS greatest please prevent that.

coolcras7 i have ben playing the demo alot trying to get the moves down but alot of people dont read gaming sites or follow 2k on facebook or twitter they WAIT for the demo so you telling me about what the site said means nothing to someone who doesnt rely on hype from the sites b/c they can tell you anything and some people want to see for their self. and for those (few) people the demo is an turn off. not for me a you ( i dont like the demo but its not an turn off for me)
why are people having a hard time understanding that this demo does not help someone new who does rely on hype and want to play the game. if you read up on 2k new features then u wouldnt know how to throw an alley you wouldnt know how to do the new dribble move even if you played last year. not everybodty are geeks like us who follow sites like this or facebook they want to play first an this demo is not a good first impression

This almost wipes away the fact that much of the time I feel I'm watching the game and not participating. Kobe's vast array of dribble moves only make me realize that I'm not controlling the dribble as much as triggering animations. How can this be sports game of the year when you are barely controlling it. Best representation of a sport yes! SGOY sorry no. I know I'm being critical but it's the only way we'll see the game get better. If we keep accepting glossy over gameplay 2k's gonna keep shoveling reboots of the 2k10 down our throats.
pretty much this...

It's not even about hype they have provided too much info to be just a game based on hype, you have credible people say that the game is good you have articles, and videos showing the improvements of the game, if the demo did nothing for you then this game may not be for you there is a slight learning curve as with any game you are not use to playing, so it your choice try to figure out the controls I gave you all the links or don't buy the game there have been a few people like yourself who did not like the game at first but eventually the got the hang of it so it just up to you, 2k has put out all the info that one would need to play their game, it would be nice if is was a part of the demo but it is available if you just looked for it and even if you did not it easy to get the hang of the controls.
