All I have to say is: wow!

I am blown away by the demo. It seems that the CPU is smarter but not in a cheating sort of way. I like feeling as if I have to earn a basket by playing basketball and not just running around until I score.

The players seem smarter and are in much better position. I think this game will be played once it comes out, up until 2k12 launches.

Great, great job VC!

Perhaps with more time, you will feel the rhythm more in 2K11.

I also saw that you mentioned the crowd didn't sound right?.... What version are you playing? The crowd has never sounded better to me.
I never said anything about the crowd...sound is absolutely amazing...release points were fine for me in 2k10...now every shot feels like a made shot when i release it

THe game has a steep learning curve , its s'not ELite man, not a pick up and play game. never has been been after 2k9 thats all i can tell you invest some time and get a true feel for the controls learn to fether the stick not jerk it. Don't use turbo when doing crossovers jsut the left stick thats all you need....DUEces

Re: NBA 2K11 Demo Available Now, Impressions and Discussion Here (360,PS3)

Artest just did a two handed swat on Rondo as he was going for the layup.. I've finally seen that its in there.. Right after I ask about it.

-------

The more I play, the more I notice that each possession is different, in regards to CPU defender intensity. Some plays, I can do all sorts of fancy stuff with Kobe as the defender is back a bit and there is no contact disrupting my flow. Other times, it's just not meant to be, with a defender crowding me, preventing some movements.

MC, I noticed that kobe mix is taken from a couple games/maybe a dozen. Im guessing you tried other Kobe moves without much success as you were filming for the mix? People get the impression that you can do that every time down. But its a highlight tape. Am I wrong?

Maybe it's not the control some people want, but in some sense, it's feeling more realistic than ever. Should Kobe always be able to get off a double size up right cross over left move? Or in some regards, is it situation specific?

Do users want ultimate freedom of control and then complain when there allowed to do it, or how it appears 2k11 has done contact/control.

With no contact, people complain moves are too easy
With contact, people complain the moves aren't consistent

As always I could be looking too much into it

there are some improvements but the fact that there are, "ANIMATIONS", really turns me off. if elite wasn't going to the physics engine i wouldn't even purchase a bball game this year. i think all of u r fiending for a bball game, thus all of the bullcrap comments. this game is a 6.5 based on what i saw. the fact that they have the jordan challenges mean nothing to me now. also for all of u that wants things from live.....keep ur perfect title, lol!

Oh, someone else then(crowd). It is on pro, so I'd imagine that's why.
