I know many might not care, but I'm tired of it. The demo was good, but I already told myself if they cant give us at least a equal port I wasnt buying.

I think 2k made someimprovements, but they still skipped a lot of things that needed corrected. I love the presentation swipes though. 2k knows how to do things, thats why I dont understand why they leave jaggies, and poor coach, sideline, crowd models every year. Paul Pierce still looks like a monkey or something.

Wake up 2k!
Great decision wheel , did you vote for Bush not his first term his 2nd.

Re: NBA 2K11 Demo Available Now, Impressions and Discussion Here (360,PS3)

I bought both games last year, and after playing them both for a bit I ended up sticking with and playing the competitors game last year. I really embraced their "total control" scheme...it was something new and different. That said, after playing this demo, while I acknowledge the effort 2K has made to improve thier Isomotion system, I'm still left wanting a bit more "responsive" control. Perhaps it is due to the momentum/weight delay implemented, as many have described? Maybe it is just me in general adapting to a new control scheme (the competitors) quickly? I don't know...I just hope the Isomotion/control in the final build of 2K11 is a tad upgraded from the demo. So from what the limited demo allows us to critique, that is really my only personal gripe at the moment.

Aside from that gripe...2K has obviously made a beautiful game (whether it is on the 360, PS3, or PC)....I took a moment to recall playing both Jordan vs. Bird and Lakers vs. Celtics on my old computer growing up. My how far we've come!

The computer AI, 2K has unveiled in this game is amazing. Obviously Czar's video's show how polished the playbooks have become! But it isn't only the realistic court spacing and moving I'm talking about. The important thing to me is that not only does the computer make educated decisions, but they also make the occasional error, which to me has been a fairly blatant ommision from many sports games in general for a long time. I'm somewhat in awe of the natural gameflow 2K has been able to present by adding this dynamic.

All these new animations look great. Like I said, some of the dribbling animations (as a result of the controls IMO) still make it look a little "videogamey" at times, but the dunks, jumpers, leaners, and general animations are flat out phenominal visually!!!

Very excited to see how the classic teams turn out in the final (plug for '96 Sonics)...

I'm sure I'll get both games again this year, then I'll curse out both companies for not making a college basketball game anymore. Perhaps I'll go with 2K11 on the PC version? Those mods are sick!!! All in all, looking forward to video game hoops in 2010-2011!

It is available in 1080p since at least 2k9 or maybe even from the beginning of the next gen era. Only thing you need to do is force 1080p in Display Settings Menu by "unchecking" any other resolution.

I don't see any major AI issues.

Only minus of PS3 version - no player chatter during play.

This game is so smooth. The demo exceeded my hopes gameplay wise. October can't get here soon enough.

not blown away from tyhe demo, even though I think the PS3 is on par with graphics.

Kinda felt like 2k10. guess thought I was expecting more

I was dancing on Ray allen with kobe. It was amazing. I love this demo and can't wait for Oct. 5th. It so realistic and smooth the animations are on par.
