I understand what your saying but it just doesn't work for me. I don't like to sim. If I sim, like someone mention earlier I feel that I lose the connection and immersion that I have with my team, it disconnects me from my organization, don't like simming. It may be a little difficult to implement but not impossible the other company did it last gen. I'm sure its easier than implenting the PHL.
