my thoughts exactly...it's crap to just sit here and hope that they are aware of these small bugs....like the acc clock bug, the tackle stat bug etc.

I'll bet that these won't be fixed in the 1.03 update end of the month

But hey, thanks for breast cancer awareness!
Sooo frustrating...in my 2nd year in my current franchise with the 49ers my record is 8-4, and all 4 games I've lost were rain games. I can't play in rain, as you mentioned in your post because my guys slip and are totally useless while the CPU's team plays as if it's a normal sunny day.

Played my first game in Franchise mode post-patch, 360. It was a great game, but as I exited out and it went to the loading screen, freeze. My first freeze with Madden 10.

Hey guys, is this the patch that addressed the stupidity of the defense, especially against the pass? Or is that in a future patch. That is a killer issue for me right now.

I find running slants helps in the rain, I guess the WRs don't turn so much so don't fall over as often. (I play in the rain a lot in my franchise for obvious reasons)

Anyway I played 2 games last night with the new patch. Seahawks vs Cardinals was eventually an easy 37- 21 win for me, mainly due to Card's defense tiring significantly in second half. Game seemed to play the same as pre-patch. Then played the Saints... POUNDED 59 - 17. Don't know if the gaming tweaks mentioned will require reciprocal slider tweaks after all, I've never been beat that bad on my settings...

I try running slants a lot in the rain...but with an average QB like Smith and my newly drafted Betrand (73 overall) it's suicide.

After Morgan/Crabtree makes his cut they throw the ball so far in front of him that it's always an interception opportunity. Against the Seahawks Betrand started and threw 3 interceptions. I thought well let's try Smith as he is rated better (I start with Betrand as I want him to develop into a franchise QB). First play with Smith as QB, gets sacked, fumbles, return for a TD. Kickoff, second play with Smith as QB, audible to slants, try to hook up with Crabtree as he is in the open, but instead of throwing the ball towards the right hand side into Crabtree's hands, Smith throws in right down the middle, intercepted, returned for a TD.

sigh

Ok tried to play this last night with the additions of the new controls and i still cant seem to like this game..NCAA just kills the fun in playing this game because it just looks and feels better than madden. Madden feels like a step backwards after plaing NCAA. I still cant get over the graphics in this game

It's nice for the Pre Play on Defense, but how about giving me some defense against the pass, and maybe let my defenders tackle a little bit. Still 50-40 games, NO DEFENSE - PATCH THAT EA
