This... I wouldn't give up hope yet. It sometimes releases at different times of the day and at different times on a regional basis. It is still only 11 on the Pacific Coast, but I can't recall a patch ever releasing this late in the day.

If that is how they did it I am not sure I like it. Players shouldn't have to have monster seasons to progress. Alot of younger players just by getting game experience should get better as the year goes on as well.
