Please go back to the ign or 2k boards, I answered your post. The travel is a product of the animation transition and is present in both games. They didn't add that to reflect any realism, it's a product of it being a videogame which relies on recorded animations for its moves, and it's a problem that BOTH series have.

Why do people act you have have to play every game to know that it's good or not. If the game visually looks bad and doesn't have a drop of realisim, what do you think it will play like?? Man you guy's really need to stop being so naive.

I didn't even mention the traveling, but guy's taking 2-3 dribbles between steps is just bad plan and simple no matter what game it is.
