Watching it back again.and damm it's bad.

If you played a lot of LIVE 08 / 09 / 10....you'll see so many things that killed those games still there. Anyone defending this game must not have played much of LIVE 10 as the bad bits are 100% still there. You non LIVE 10 guys will enjoy it for a few days and then hit a massive wall of frustration. So dissapointing that LIVE 10's flaws have been ignored.

Honestly, calling this "Elite" and pretending it's not simply a shell of LIVE 10 glossed up to get more of our $$$ is insulting. I've nothing against EA and I love Madden 11...but calling this a new game "Elite" etc is just a bad move IMO and presumes the customers are stupid. This is LIVE 10 with a bit of new paint. Plain and simple.

I recommend you hold your reservations until AFTER the demo. Never choose style over substance.

Thank you. Everyone sees how detailed 2k is and thinks its the better game automatically. The point out the dumbest things that you would never see if you are playing the game. They are like your nagging mother when you are 15yrs old.

@fatleg3, exactly my point... which is why when people play the demo they will say "ahah!" "Eureka!" No more sucked in animations, control over everything and physics to realistically calculate outcomes of collisions and penetrating finishes.

Focus on positives and negatives of what Elite 11 CAN DO and not what it cant do - i.e. 1000 animations, photo-real skin textures and lighting etc.. etc...

Appreciate that most of Live 10 frustrations have been removed...and say thanks.

Anybody who has defended elite has not made any excusses for they things everyone is pointing out that they think is wrong or is sayng anything like show ea some compassion. We are paying 60 dollars of are money also so we want the best game. Most of us will get the game because we like it. Not because we want to show support to ea. Like you said its not 20 dollars. So pleas try and find someone on here that will pay 60 dollars for a game that they think is broke just to support ea who has made millions and millions off of live, fifa, nhl, and even the other genre of games like need for speed and even 007 back in the ps2 days

If people can force dunk with ease then we're in trouble I want to see Lebron try to only go to the whole for an entire quarter that would be telling.

If it truly is just the look that is suffering, they should change the marketing for this game and say this is authentic bbal,l this is realism, we are selling a great bball experience true authentic 5 on 5 gameplay, no more force dunking with the best players and the best teams, you can't get away with that. Sure it isn't visually as pretty as 2K, but itst next gen, unlike 2K. Play it, feel it. Demo drops 9/10
