yeah I actually put that in the wishlist last year, clearly they should have a separate online and offline My PLayer just like EA NHL series. it then encourages people to play together online more often to progress, instead of cheesing their way through a very limited (custom wise) offline mode to progress. all they did was really just handicap their own feature mode last year, was pretty frustrating to those of us that really enjoyed it.

don't punish all of your offline customers just to cater to the 1% of customers who would cheat offline to play online.

Agreed with everything you said except the 1 percent. I wish it were only 1 percent

I agree completely, well said. Doing this would benefit both online and offline my players.

nba: the life wasn't that bad. I don't think Sony ever really considered their product a sim. MLB series is more sim, they needed the game mode to sell the game. MLD didn't.
