Anyone else worried that this will be buggy as heck? Not being negative, I just want the CPU AI to be fun to play against this year.

Ok, and what would that person be doing in Be a GM mode in the first place?

They've mentioned that trade logic and FA logic has been tweaked so hopefully that is indeed the case. It's tough because a lot of random **** does happen every year, they just need to find a better balance.

Especially when he goes on to call himself a casual gamer...

seems like Fiddy and EA would be a match made in heaven, eh?

You wouldn't think this option would be all the difficult to add. I mean if 2K can do it...EA can too.

If you really think about it, for the non-simmers out there, why even bother to provide an in depth franchise mode hardly anyone can get through more than a season or two. I'd love to be able to see my younger players grow into possible stars. But that's just not possible without major simming. As it is now...going through the draft is fun and interesting, but imo, has really little value to your GM mode.

Not sure about others, but my younger players hardly ever...if ever, see the ice. What a drag.

This was definitely true in '10 for me...fortunately the preseason addition will help a little bit to be able to get a look at some younger players before the regular season starts.

He's trolling because he doesn't think the casuals will understand the rules and such of RFA/UFA'S? I'm sure alot of people will have some difficulty with it. Also, last I knew he played the game as well and is even part of the EASHL. So how exactly is he trolling? By sayiing "cheesy" gamers? He didn't say the game sucks or anything.

Yes, I think we need to take a break from the troll-branding. It's not productive and usually just creates more trouble. Thanks.

Calling the game arcade every other post kinda comes off as trolling a little bit to me. YMMV obviously.

also, will you please not make every player be able to deke up the ice? back and forth, half circle dekes, through poke checks etc etc etc. make the puck come lose off of the sticks. im tired of the 3rd and 4th liners pulling off dekes that 1st and 2nd liners in real life cant pull off in general.

TONE DOWN THE SKILL STICK PLEASE!!

if no, then please just tell us that the EA NHL Series is an Arcade Game and stop selling it as a sim!!

thanks

Constructive criticism is one thing, and in some senses I actually agree, its the way its posted that comes off kind of stand offish that seems trollish.
