Think about it most recievers aren't that allusive. Most catch the ball and fall down. The recievers with high elusive are the percy harvins. If you want a percey harvin type reciever recruit athletes, because thats what recievers like him are. I've had a lot of success doing this.

Those ratings have a lesser IMPACT on the overall ratings which is probably why EA will give those same WR's your speaking of a higher juke move than Elusiveness rating and then reserve the elusiveness rating for special WR's like i mentioned earlier Peter warrick types.
Wrong. Just wrong. EA completely screwed the pooch by giving WR prospects Juke/Spin ratings of D. Go check the prospect classes if you don't believe this.

They are practically all D grade in SPM/JKM. They should have solid SPM/JKM for the very reason that they don't impact the OVR. EA's excuse has been that this was by design to compensate for CB's poor tackling.

ELU is a topic for another thread. You're right that it impacts different things and we know that you know how ratings impact the gameplay engine, but you're absolutely wrong in the context of this discussion. The problem is not whether a Peter Warrick type deserves high ELU, but what the bare minimum ELU/SPM/JKM rating should be for relatively athletic WR prospects. We're not talking whether average WR prospects have 80-90 ELU/SPM/JKM ratings here, but the fact that almost all WR prospects come in well below 70 in all three.

If you want the world to share your knowledge on ratings, then create a thread sharing that knowledge with the community. I'm sure a lot of people would appreciate it.

I just played two games with the new patch and wow did it make things tough running the ball for myself and the cpu. Passing is a little more productive now for both myself and the cpu.

I just scrapped my dynasty and sliders and am starting all over. This patch makes the game feel a lot different. I have been playing on AA but might try varsity just to see how it feels.

Curious question....If I want the benefits of the patch but dont want the actual tuner file for fear of losing any tweaked balance that I am comfortable with my slider adjustments, are they 2 seperate files? Or is the tuner file automatically installed with the patch as one file?

thanks
